PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film able to make a material packed to be adhered at a normal temperature. SOLUTION: The packaging film is a laminated film to be used for carrying out adhesion wrapping of this packed object by releasing the tensile force, after packing an object to be packed made as an extensional sate by giving a tensile force at 10-50°C, and it has a resin composition layer containing a resin composition containing a polyester of 3-8 mass% comprised of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid of 10-40 mol%, a saturated dicarboxylic acid of 20-50 mol% and a diol with carbon number of 1-10 of 20-60 mol% per 100 mass parts of a saponified material of an ethylen-vinyl acetate copolymer and the surface layer is composed formed by a moist-proof layer. The laminated film can be used as a normal temperature shrinking package having a high recovery able to return to an original state from a tensile state of 1-20% when a tensile force is released.
