PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubbery slip stopping cap which is attached on the top of an umbrella handle for stopping a fall of the umbrella when it is hooked on a table, a counter or the like. SOLUTION: A rubbery slip stopping cap 2 is attached on the top of an umbrella handle 1.
