In a swirl combustion-type boiler structure such that a fuel and a combustion air supplied from burners (12) installed at multiple positions on the wall (11a) of rectangular shape in its cross section into the furnace (11) are burned while forming a swirl flow, air introduction parts (20) forming the areas where the concentration of air is higher than that in the peripheral areas are provided near the flame-affected parts of the wall surface of the furnace to which the flame generated by each burner (12) comes close or contact.
