An aligner of a SSD(Solid State Disk) test handler is provided to transfer a SSD without interference of a connector of the SSD by aligning the SSD and changing a position of the aligned SSD. An aligner of the SSD includes a power generation unit(110), a first position change unit(120), a second position change unit(130), a first SSD alignment unit(140), and a second SSD alignment unit(150). The power generation unit is installed at a base plate(100) and generates rotatory power. The first position change unit is connected to the power generation unit in order to receive the rotatory power. The second position change unit is connected to the power generation unit in order to receive the rotatory power. The first SSD alignment unit is connected to the first position change unit. The first SSD alignment unit is rotated to change the position of the first and second positions. The second SSD alignment unit is connected to the second position change unit. The second SSD alignment unit is rotated to change the position of the first and second positions. |
