METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRANSMITTING INFORMATION BY USING CYCLIC PREFIX TIME SLOTS

A method for transmitting information by using cyclic prefix time slots includes that: when a transmitter transmits cyclic prefix time slots, the cyclic prefix information is transmitted via a part of cyclic prefix time slots; or when the transmitter transmits cyclic prefix time slots, no cyclic prefix information is transmitted in cyclic prefix time slots. Also a method for using cyclic prefix time slots effectively is provided. An apparatus for using cyclic prefix time slots includes: a first transmitting unit, for transmitting the cyclic prefix information via a part of cyclic prefix time slots when the cyclic prefix time slots are transmitted; and a second transmitting unit that doesn't transmit the cyclic prefix information in cyclic prefix time slots when the cyclic prefix time slots are transmitted. Also an apparatus for using cyclic prefix time slots is provided and includes a transmitter for transmitting the cyclic prefix information in a part of cyclic prefix time slots and a cognitive radio CR device.
