<p>A functional feed additive using rice and a preparation method thereof are provided to show excellent effects at a little cost by mixing rice bran, Makgeolli and a molasses solution. A method for preparing a functional feed additive using rice comprises the following steps of: mixing 2-3wt% of malted rice and 0.7-1wt% of yeast with hard boiled rice to prepare a first mixture; mixing the first mixture and water in a ratio of 1: 1.2~1.5 by weight and fermenting them in a fermentor at 22-28°C for 7-10 days in order to obtain Makgeolli containing 15-16% alcohol; diluting the Makgeolli in purified water such that the alcohol content becomes 7-10%; mixing 10kg of rice bran and 2 liters of molasses solution with 1 liter of diluted Makgeolli to prepare second mixture; putting the second mixture into the fermentor and aging them at 20~25°C for 7~15 days.</p> |
