<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic power rate payment procedure system preventing a delinquent contractor from failing to pay power rates even when an out-of-hours reception is closed. <P>SOLUTION: When contractor information is input to an input means 22, an operator terminal 10 transmits the contractor information to a main server 16. The main server 16 extracts unpaid power rate information from an unpaid power rate storage means 40, and transmits it to the operator terminal 10. The operator terminal 10 waits until the input means 22 is input by the operator of a payment procedure for paying unpaid power rates at a current time and a payment slip issue procedure to issue a payment slip for unpaid power rate payment. When the payment procedure is designated, unpaid power rate payment acceptance means 20 and 24 accepts unpaid power rates.
