摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rush current prevention device for inserting a live wire into and removing it from a DC power supply. <P>SOLUTION: When voltage is applied to a power supply input end, current flows through a first contact, a second contact and a third contact. When a second semiconductor device is not conductive, the potential of the first contact through the second contact is transferred to one end of a first semiconductor device through a third resistive element. The potential of the first contact through the second contact is transferred to a first control end and one end of a capacitative element through a first resistive element. The potential of the other end of the first semiconductor device, which is roughly equal to the potential of the first control end, is transferred to a third control end. At the potential of the third control end, a third semiconductor device is not conductive for a first predetermined period. Further, current flows through an external capacitor to which a potential between the first contact and the third contact is applied, through a fourth resistive element for bypassing the current path of the third semiconductor device between the power supply input end and the third contact, thereby preventing rush current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
