摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a pilot signal from an oscillator in a power cable as a start signal of a charge system in a vehicle which charges a charging apparatus with an electric power from a power source installed on the outside of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillator 602 mounted on a charging cable outputs a signal of non-oscillation when a potential of a pilot signal CPLT is in the vicinity of V(1) and outputs an oscillating signal when the voltage drops of V(2). A pull-down resistive element R(3) mounted on a plug-in hybrid vehicle changes the potential of the pilot signal CPLT from V(1) to V(2) by being connected to a control pilot line L(1) and a vehicle ground 518. A switch SW(2) is connected, in series, between the pull-down resistive element R(3) and the vehicle ground 518. In connecting the charging cable to the vehicle, the switch SW(2) is turned off and the pull-down resistive element R(3) is detached from the vehicle ground 518. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
