摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to uniformly glue an electrolyte membrane, a reinforced film, and a catalyst layer at hot pressing, and to aim at reduction of the amount of cross-leakage, between a cathode and an anode and improvement of battery characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for obtaining a membrane-electrode assembly by integrating one integrated electrode made of an air electrode diffusion layer 14, a catalyst layer 12, and an electrolyte membrane 11, the other integrated electrode made of a fuel electrode diffusion layer 15 and a fuel electrode catalyst layer 13, and a frame-shaped reinforced film 16, arranged so as to make the electrolyte membrane 11 and the fuel electrode catalyst layer 13 face each other, and inserted between the electrolyte membrane 11 and the fuel electrode catalyst layer 13 by hot-pressing, a gas remaining at an electrode junction section 24, between the electrolyte membrane 11 and the fuel electrode catalyst layer 13, is absorbed at hot-pressing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
