<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively measure a near-infrared spectrum and an infrared spectrum. <P>SOLUTION: A spectroscopic analyzer includes: a FTIR 10; an optical switch 20 for redirecting a light of the FTIR 10; a near-infrared spectrum measurement section 40 for irradiating a sample with near-infrared light exiting from the optical switch 20, and measuring near-infrared spectrum; an infrared spectrum measurement section 30 for measuring the infrared spectrum; a control section for alternately switching the optical switch 20; and an analysis section for combining infrared/near-infrared spectrum data, and analyzing it from the near-infrared spectrum data and the infrared spectrum data measured by the near-infrared spectrum measurement section 40 and the infrared spectrum measurement section 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
