PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound signal transmitter-receiver in which a speaker and a speech partner can easily listen to transmission sounds of the speaker by canceling background noise even when the speaker is located under a noisy environment. SOLUTION: The sound signal transmitter-receiver 100 comprises: a differential microphone 110 for converting a transmission sound into a transmission sound signal; an amplifier 120 for amplifying the transmission sound signal from the differential microphone 110; a transmitter/receiver 170 for receiving a reception sound signal and transmitting a transmission sound signal; an adder 130 for adding a reception sound signal from the transmitter/receiver 170 and a transmission sound signal from the amplifier 120 to produce an added signal; and a speaker 140 for outputting a reception sound on the basis of the added signal.
