PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor which can be easily manufactured inexpensively. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the solid-state electrolytic capacitor including a capacitor element having a dielectric film and a cathode layer formed in order on a surface of an anode body, an anode lead-out member led out of the anode body, an anode terminal to which the anode lead-out member is connected through a pillow member, a cathode terminal to which the cathode layer is connected, and a coating resin covering the capacitor element, wherein a contact surface where the pillow member is abutted on the anode lead-out member faces a bottom surface of the pillow member, and the contact surface is formed obliquely upward to an upper surface of the anode terminal which is connected to the pillow member bottom surface in a direction wherein the anode lead-out member is projected. The capacitor element is characterized in that an end of a capacitor element bottom surface which is close to the cathode terminal in the array direction of the anode terminal and cathode terminal comes into contact with a cathode terminal upper surface and is disposed obliquely upward in the direction wherein the anode lead-out member is projected.
