PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate a mechanism part having an input spring from a mechanism part that has an open-circuit spring, and improve the operability of circuit-closing operation, after circuit-opening operation. SOLUTION: The mechanism is constituted of an input spring part 1a, having the input spring 14 for closing a vacuum valve 28, and an opening-closing driving part 1b for the opening-closing operation of the vacuum valve 28; and the input spring part 1a has an energizing lever 5 for energizing the input spring 14, and an input handle shaft 3 for moving the energizing lever 5; the opening-closing driving part 1b has the main lever 19, which is turned, when a link 12 coupled with the input spring 14 contacts, the main shaft 18 which is fixed to the main lever 19 and coupled with a movable side of the vacuum valve 28; and a trip catch 23 for locking the main lever 19.
