PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device and an electronic apparatus, which can control a color drift caused by a difference of a view angle. SOLUTION: The light emitting device is provided with a plurality of light emitting elements each having a light emitting layer pinch-held between an anode having a light-transmitting property and a cathode having a semi-transmissive and semi-reflective property, and a metal reflection plate arranged to face the cathode with the light emitting layer between the cathode, and between the metal reflection plate and the cathode, there is provided an optical resonance structure for resonating light emitted from the plurality of the light emitting layers. The plurality of the light emitting elements include a plurality of light emitting elements of different resonant wavelengths in the optical resonance structures, and out of light emitted from the plurality of light emitting layers, an optical distance between the metal reflection plate and the cathode in the view angle of 0°of the light emitting element which emits red light is set up longer than an optimal resonance wavelength.
