PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture with superior productivity a board by bonding veneers in a plurality of layers with a thermosetting adhesive even in using veneers joined in a direction of fibers. SOLUTION: In a slope 9a coated with an adhesive on the entire surface of a veneer 9 and a slope 11a of a veneer 11, one end 9b and the other end 11c, and the other end 9c and one end 11b while they are opposite to each other, are heated for five seconds and tightened with pressure between a projection 1a and a projection 3a to form temporarily joined veneers V1, V2.... Then, two of the temporarily joined veneers are superimposed through an adhesive, heated for 2 minutes and tightened with pressure to form a first board W1. Subsequently, the temporarily joined veneer is superimposed on the top and the rear surface of the first board W1 through an adhesive, heated for 2 minutes and tightened with pressure to form a second board W2.
