To provide a solar battery panel in which water is not tightly held between a solar battery panel body and a frame and a process in which the frame can be automatically fixed to the solar battery panel body becomes available. The solar battery panel comprises a solar battery panel body (3), a frame (2), and a joint portion (4). The solar battery panel body (3) comprises a substrate (31) and a photoelectric conversion cell (32) is mounted on a first surface (3a) of the substrate. The shape of cross section of the frame (2) is approximately L-shape. The joint portion (4) joins a second surface (3b) that is the opposite surface of the first surface (3a) of the substrate (31) and the frame (2).
