A first catalytic region (116) is disposed onto at least a portion of the first end portion (114) and the second catalytic region (116) is disposed on at least a portion of the second end potion (112) of the channel (108) with the first catalytic region (116) and the second catalytic region (118) separated by a certain length (224).
