The cuff (2) has a zipper(RTM: Slide fastener) (3) to enclose an elongated object (1) within the cuff, where ends of the cuff are attached to each other so that when the zipper(RTM: Slide fastener) is closed, the cuff encloses the object. A fuse is provided at the ends of the zipper(RTM: Slide fastener) to prevent unlawful opening of the zipper.
