<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable collective setting of set information while avoiding temporary overlap of the set information during setting operation. <P>SOLUTION: The control device comprises a means for acquiring respective before-start set values for a plurality of network devices, a means acquiring respective after-start set values of the plurality of network devices, a means for determining whether or not the after-start set values are overlapped, a means for creating an overlap group in such a manner that first and second network devices belong to an identical overlap group when the values are determined as not overlapped and when the before-start set values of the first network device are the same as the after-start set values of the second network device, a means for determining an order of set instructions to be transmitted to the network devices belonging to the overlap group, and a means for transmitting the set instructions according to the determined transmission order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
