<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA encoding a new NADH oxidase originated from a microorganism of the genus Brevibacterium, and having excellent pH stability and heat stability. <P>SOLUTION: The DNA encodes the new NADH oxidase of the following (a) or (b), originated from the microorganism of the genus Brevibacterium: (a) a polypeptide derived from the microorganism of the genus Brevibacterium, having the NADH oxidase activities and containing a specific amino acid sequence; and (b) an NADH oxidase containing an amino acid sequence obtained by deleting, substituting or adding one or several amino acids from, in or to the amino acid sequence, and having the NADH oxidase activity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
