<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation feeding structure for an operation shaft, in simple constitution comprising a smaller number of parts, and with high reliability, in which the service life of the parts is not deteriorated even with low precision of the parts. <P>SOLUTION: The rotation feeding structure comprises: an engagement mechanism comprising a clutch 25 and a lever base 26, forming a holding surface 25c and a cam surface 28c as a pair, and rollers 30 provided between these surfaces, with the rollers 30 held to the holding surface 25c to be movable along the cam surface 28c in accordance with relative rotation between the clutch 25 and the lever base 26, so that the clutch 25 and the lever base 26 are engaged with each other; and a lock base 27 and a neural spring 35 to cancel engagement of the clutch 25 and the lever base 26 by the rollers 30 in a case where an operation lever 13 is released from external force.
