<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a conductive sheet which method enables easy manufacturing of a conductive sheet that has superior transparency and small contact resistance against a different conductor. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive sheet includes a transparent base material, an organic conductive layer which is formed on one surface or both surfaces of the transparent base material and contains aπ-conjugative conductive polymer and a polyanion, and an inorganic conductive layer of a 1 to 5,000 nm in thickness which is formed on the surface of the organic conductive layer and contains either or both of a metal and a conductive metal oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
