PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a plurality of micro ring optical resonators inside an LSI with high density, in an optical multiplexer/demultiplexer for performing wavelength multiplexing optical transmission in the LSI. SOLUTION: For example, for an optical waveguide main line 10 guiding a plurality of wavelength lights (λ1,λ2, ...λn-1,λn), there are arranged, on its upper layer, micro ring optical resonators 11a-11f that are directly optically coupled to the optical waveguide main line 10. Also, for the optical waveguide main line 10, there are arranged, on its lower layer, micro ring optical resonators 12a-12e that are directly optically coupled to the optical waveguide main line 10, in a manner each overlaying at least on a part of the micro ring optical resonators 11a-11f.
