PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for nonmagnetic single component development for a full-color image, the toner which can be fixed in an oil-less manner, causes neither sticking nor filming on the regulating member of a developing machine and a photoreceptor, and has excellent glossiness, and to provide a developing device, an image forming apparatus, a process cartridge, and an image forming method. SOLUTION: In the toner for nonmagnetic single component development, a hybrid resin (resin I) having an amorphous condensation polymerization unit and a radical polymerization unit, and two kinds of non-hybrid resins (resin II and resin III) having an amorphous condensation polymerization unit, a colorant and wax are melted and kneaded in a kneading machine shown in Fig.1; the kneaded material is rolled and cooled, pulverized and classified to obtain toner, wherein Tg (glass transition temperature) of each resin is in a relationship of resin I<resin II<resin III; Tm (softening temperature) satisfies a relationship of resin II<resin III<resin I; a content percentage X (wt.%) of the resin I satisfies 10≤X≤20 with respect to the sum of the resins; Tg of the resin III ranges from 70 to 80°C; and a content percentage M (wt.%) of the resin III satisfies 25≤M≤45 with respect to the sum of the resins.
