PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter/diaphragm integrated device capable of maintaining a smooth switching operation of an infrared ray shield filter even in a long term use. SOLUTION: The filter/diaphragm integrated device includes: a pair of diaphragm members capable of adjusting a quantity of light entering the imaging section of a photographing device by combining at least two or more diaphragm blades; and an infrared shield filter member disposed so as to be switchable between the incidence of infrared ray to the imaging section of the photographing device and shield from it. A partition member made of metal, which has an opening corresponding to the imaging section of the photographing device, is interposed between the diaphragm member and filter member.
