PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip having a fluid control valve excellent in pressure resistance. SOLUTION: In the microchip including a chip main body forming a flow passage FA inside, and the fluid control valve 40 for opening and closing the flow passage FA, the fluid control valve 40 comprises a hole part 41 formed on the chip main body and communicating with the flow passage FA, a blocking member 42 inserted in the hole part 41, a filling member 43 filled between the hole part 41 and the blocking member 42 to support the blocking member 42 on the flow passage FA side so as to be deformable, and removal preventing means 44 for preventing the filling member 43 from being removed from the hole part 41.
