PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition containing a biosurfactant having a moisture-retaining action, a collagen production-promoting action, a cell-activating action, an anti-aging action, a hair-growing action, a chapped skin-improving action, and the like, in other words, to provide a moisture-retaining agent, a collagen production-promoting agent, a cell-activating agent, an anti-aging agent, a hair-growing agent, a chapped skin-improving agent, and the like, which contain the cosmetic composition containing the biosurfactant, to provide a cosmetic composition, a quasi-drug composition, a medical supply composition, a sanitary good composition, and a medicine composition, which contain the cosmetic composition, and to provide a cosmetic, a quasi-drug, a medical supply, a sanitary good, and a medicine, which contain the composition. SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition characterized by containing at least the biosurfactant and an anti-aging agent is provided.
