PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head and a liquid jetting apparatus which can improve durability of a driving circuit and can improve liquid jetting characteristics by efficiently carrying out heat radiation of the driving circuit. SOLUTION: The liquid jetting head includes a head body 10 which is equipped with both pressure generation chambers 21 that communicate with nozzle openings 34 for jetting a liquid, and pressure generating means 40 that make the pressure generation chambers 21 generate pressure change; a flexible printed circuit board 50 to which the driving circuit 60 electrically connected to the pressure generating means 40 of the head body 10 to drive the pressure generating means 40 is mounted; and a sheath member 11 which holds the head body 10 and in which the flexible printed circuit board 50 is enclosed.
