The present disclosure relates to an optical member and an optical device including the optical member. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to an optical member whose surface is configured to be an antireflection concave-convex structure for suppressing reflection of incident light, and an optical device including the optical member. The present invention provides an antireflection concave-convex structure having an excellent environmental resistance. An optical member (antireflection concave-convex structure) (1) includes: an optical member body (10); and a protective film (20) covering a surface (10a) of the optical member body (10) and transmitting the incident light. On the surface (10a) of the optical member body (10), a plurality of fine convex portions (12) are arranged to form an antireflection concave-convex structure (11) for suppressing reflection of incident light.
