The whipper disk (28) further includes a front surface (36) and a plurality of forward-facing concave surfaces (60) that divide the front surface (36) into a plurality of front surface sections (39).The concave surfaces (60) extend generally radially over more than half the radius and have a circumferential width (66) and a depth (67), wherein the width (66) is larger than the depth (67). The front surface sections (39) have a total area that is at least 4-times the total area of the concave surfaces (60).
