#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a connection of resistors (5) of an inner surface of an opening (4) and a plane surface of an auxiliary voltage dependent resistor (3) electrically insulated. The auxiliary resistor exhibits height smaller than height of a voltage dependent resistor of an over voltage arrester. A capacitive resistance is larger than a resistance value with a nominal value of an electrical voltage source (1) i.e. high voltage line.
