A damping fixation device for an in-vehicle hard disc which includes a base (1), a fixation bracket (2) for fixing the hard disc, and a damping means (9) using for supporting the fixation bracket (2) on the base (1). The damping means (9) is set between the base (1) and the fixation bracket (2). The device still includes a snap seat (6). It has a snap slot (60) on the snap seat (6) for holding the hard disc (7). On the fixation bracket (2) sets a slot (20). The snap seat (6) is located within the slot (20).
