<p>The invention relates to a low-alcohol non-distilled beverage with natural flavors for human consumption, and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the beverage contains softened water, sugar or fructose, yeast of the Saccharomices ce revisiae, Saccharomices bayanus species or a mixture thereof, nutrient for the selected yeast, natural grape flavor, maize alcoholic extract, citric acid, potassium sorbate, glycerine, usual sweeteners and dyes, and it has an alcoholic proof of 9...15%.</p> |
