<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for casting a cast metal, capable of sufficiently discharging an exhaust gas when casting the cast metal by using an evaporative pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The casting apparatus comprises: a mold making box 1; a runner pattern 2 which is made of the evaporative pattern disposed within the mold making box 1; a product pattern 6 which is mounted at the front end of the runner pattern 2, is mounted with a ventilation means 3 on the surface of an upper part, and is coated with a moldwash 5 on the surface exclusive of the connection part of the runner pattern and the mounting portion of the ventilation means; an aggregate 7 for casting not containing a binder which is set inside the mold making box and surrounds various kinds of the patterns; a seal film 8 attached on the upper face of the aggregate for casting; and a suction means 9 which imparts a suction effect to the aggregate for casting surrounded by the mold making box and the seal film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
