<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a retrieval result of retrieval of information so that a user can understand more easily a state of matching between a retrieval condition and retrieval object information before a degree of matching between the retrieval condition and retrieval object information is calculated. <P>SOLUTION: An information retrieval device 1, which extracts a matching document for meeting the specified condition, includes: a specified condition information acquisition section 101 acquiring information regarding a wording being the document extraction condition; a document information extraction section 103 extracting the matching document on the basis of the acquired specified condition information; and an extraction result processing section 104 generating and outputting matching document display information for displaying information regarding the extracted matching document. The extraction result processing section 104 constitutes a matrix comprising one of a plurality of extracted matching documents and a plurality of wordings in rows and the other in columns, and generates the matching information display information so that each of cells of the matrix can show the frequency of use of a wording that the cell corresponds to in a matching document that the cell corresponds to. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
