<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure voltage of a measuring object in no contact. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage detector includes a detection electrode 12 which is opposed to a measuring object 4; a voltage generation part 26 which generates reference voltage Vr; a variable capacity circuit 19, to one end of which voltage V1 of the measuring object 4 is applied through the detection electrode 12, and to the other end of which the reference voltage Vr is applied; a current detector 15 which detects current i generated in the variable capacity circuit 19 when capacitance is changed, and outputs it as a detection signal S3; a wave detection circuit 24 which detects the detection signal S3, thereby outputting an analog signal S5 the amplitude of which is changed according to a potential difference between the voltage V1 of the measuring object 4 and the reference voltage Vr; and a processing part 25 which executes voltage change/measurement processing for measuring level of the analog signal S5 in each stage while changing the reference voltage Vr stepwise to the voltage generation part 26, and outputs voltage information D1 showing the reference voltage Vr which minimizes the detected level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
