PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment which electrically connects a wiring board to a conductive member without adding a new component, can improve assembly workability and can reduce the cost. SOLUTION: Electronic equipment is provided with an electronic component 9 having a conductive elastic member 10, and a both-plane wiring board 17, where a first conductive exposure part 15 is formed on one face; a second conductive exposure part 27 is formed on the other face so that it is overlapped with the first conductive exposure part 15 in the direction of the board thickness; and the conductive elastic member 10 is electrically connected to the first conductive exposure part 15, in a state where the member generates charge pressure.
