PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly remove air between close contact surfaces of a prism and a glass plate and to achieve an increase in measuring quantity of light and the enhancement of measuring precision. SOLUTION: The close contact surface 21a of the prism 21 is formed into a protruded curved surface and the glass plate 5 is pressed to the close contact surface 21a of the prism 21 through a refractive index matching layer 9. When the glass plate 5 is pressed to the prism 21, the contact area of the close contact surface 5a of the glass plate 5 and the close contact surface 21a of the prism 21 is gradually magnified from its central part to both ends thereof by elastic deformation to force out air bubbles K between both close contact surfaces to the outside.
