PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to twist together a plurality of electric wires in a more stable twisted shape. SOLUTION: This is an electric wire twisting device 20 in order to twist the plurality of electric wires, and equipped with an electric wire end part retaining part 30 in which one end part of the plurality of electric wires is retained, an electric wire guide support part 40 in which the intermediate part of the longitudinal direction of the plurality of electric wires is constituted movably and supportably in a prescribed arrangement shape and along its longitudinal direction and which is arranged and installed on the vertical line L passing through the electric wire end part retaining part 30, a rotary mechanism part 50 to relatively rotate the electric wire end part retaining part 30 around the vertical line L, and a vertical direction moving mechanism part 60 to move the electric wire guide support part 40 to the separating direction against the electric wire end part retaining part 30 along the vertical line L accompanied with rotation of the electric wire end part retaining part 30 by driving of the rotary mechanism part 50.
