PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall which causes no breakdown of a tissue connection at an accelerating rate by hydrolyzing foamed urethane and furthermore, by penetrating rain water into the entirety of panel due to a continuous bubble and by synergism of hydrolyzing, in order to improve weight reduction by composing an exterior wall body with an expansion synthetic resin panel. SOLUTION: The exterior wall comprises forming a panel made of expanded polystyrene having a definite length, in which cross recessed grooves 2 between above and below are provided at the right and left ends, continuously arranging a bottom 1a of the desired number of panels made of expanded polystyrene to a foundation body 4 in terms of a straight line or a curve, further interposing a connection column pipe 6 which is embedded and erected to the foundation body between the cross recessed grooves of panels made of expanded polystyrene adjoin to one another, composing the exterior wall body by injecting and solidifying mortar to a part between the cross recessed grooves of panels made of expanded polystyrene adjoin to one another and the connection column pipe and connecting and integrating, and finishing the whole surface of the exterior wall body with a finishing material.
