<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum accumulator welding structure and welding method reducing a welding failure to attain the smooth flow of a refrigerant in a tube. <P>SOLUTION: The accumulator is composed of heat exchanger piping 4 made of aluminum; an accumulator body 1 made of aluminum; and an inner pipe 3 made of aluminum and a sleeve 8 made of stainless steel. The sleeve 8 is inserted around the outer periphery of an insertion part 5 of the inner pipe 3, and the insertion part 5 of the inner pipe 3 is inserted inside the inner periphery of the heat exchanger piping 4 via the sleeve 8. The inner pipe 3 with these components connected thereto is inserted in an opening 2 of the accumulator body 1, and a connection part of the heat exchanger piping 4 is welded to reduce the welding failure.
