PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive particle powders superior in adhesiveness between core particles composed of organic based particles or inorganic based particles of thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin or the like and a conductive layer, and superior in conductivity and time stability. SOLUTION: This is the conductive particle powders which consist of the core particles composed of the organic based particles or the inorganic based particles of thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin or the like and the conductive layer formed on a surface of the core particles.
