PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quinoxaline derivative, a light-emitting device using the derivative which has a small driving voltage and a low power consumption, and furthermore power-thrifty light-emitting equipment and electronic equipment using the light-emitting device. SOLUTION: The quinoxaline derivative is represented by formula (G11) (wherein α is a substituted or nonsubstituted 6-13C arylene group; β is a substituted or nonsubstituted 6-13C arylene group; R21to R24are each hydrogen or a 1-4C alkyl group; R31is a 1-4C alkyl group or a substituted or nonsubstituted 6-13C aryl group; R1is a 1-4C alkyl group or a substituted or nonsubstituted 6-13C aryl group; and R11to R14are each hydrogen, a 1-4C alkyl group or a 6-13C aryl group).
