PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor element capable of preventing deterioration of an insulation film on inner side of the capacitor element in an early stage. SOLUTION: This capacitor element 110 is formed by rolling a laminate film 160 with an insulation film 114, a cathode electrode 124, an insulation film 115, and an anode electrode 125 sequentially laminated. The capacitor element 110 includes a first laminate film 161 rolled in the inside of the capacitor element 110, and a second laminate film 162 rolled in the outside thereof. Insulation films 144 and 146 of the first laminate film 161 have relatively high heat resistance as compared with insulation films 145 and 147 of the second laminate film 162.
