PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-receiving element array comprising a mechanism for obtaining a high resolution, an imaging device, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: A plurality of light-receiving elements 10, each containing a light-receiving layer 3, are arranged on a substrate 30 of a common reading control circuit. The light-receiving elements are isolated from adjoining light-receiving elements each other. In a pair of electrodes provided to each of the light-receiving elements, first conductive side electrodes 12 are electrically connected in common, across all the light-receiving elements. The other second conductive side electrodes 11 provided in a second conductive region 6 are electrically connected to reading parts 31 of the reading control circuit respectively.
