PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degree of risk inspection device for container vehicle which inspects the degree of risk of container vehicle, when it travels, using images of the vehicle photographed by a cameras installed at passage. SOLUTION: A container behavioral data generating unit 32 makes time-series data of tilt angles of the container which is the output of a container image analysis unit 31, and generates container behavioral data; a container behavioral database 36 stores various container behavioral data beforehand in it; a container behavior matching unit 33 compares container behavioral data, generated by the container behavioral data generating unit 32 with container behavioral data stored in the container behavioral database 36, and determines similar container behavioral data. A moving degree of risk determining unit 34 makes inferences on the status of the container vehicle by using the matching result at the container behavior matching unit 33, and determines the degree of risk of the container vehicle, when it is traveling.
