PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas recovery device which effectively recovers exhaust gas of a vehicle, and to provide a prefabricated garage which is equipped with the same. SOLUTION: An exhaust gas recovery section 31 of the exhaust gas recovery device 30 has a recovery section body 32 which has a protruding section 33 protruding therefrom toward the center of the garage 12 in a vehicle entering direction. The protruding section 33 has a recovery port formed therein, which communicates with an exhaust passage secured in the recovery section body via an exhaust pipe 39 to an exhausting fan 40 which is further connected to an exhaust pipe 41 extending to the outside of the garage. The garage 12 has a driving section 38 arranged under an earthen floor surface 19, for driving the exhaust gas recovery section 31. The driving section 38 is connected to a controller 43 which controls the driving section 38 so as to bring the recovery port close to a muffler 51 of the vehicle 50, and lifts up/down the recovery section body 32, followed by moving the protruding section 33 in the vehicle entering direction.
