PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet to be pasted to a moving handrail of a passenger conveyor for the purpose of display information such as advertisement or guidance or of design effects, while suppressing the wrinkling, cracking or peeling of the surface in a pasting period (several weeks to several months) and suppressing the degradation of appearance quality due to yellow discoloration. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet to be pasted to the handrail of the passenger conveyor comprises a laminated sheet consisting of a thermoplastic polyurethane layer and a soft polyvinyl chloride layer, and an adhesive layer formed on the soft polyvinyl chloride layer of the laminated sheet. The total thickness of the laminated sheet is 40-200μm, and the layer thickness ratio of the thermoplastic polyurethane layer to the soft polyvinyl chloride layer is 20:80-80:20.
