PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking device for a tape capable of using an upper unit and a lower unit at free combination and certainly recognizing the combination of the used upper unit and lower unit. SOLUTION: The tape T drawn out from any one of the upper units 10 arranged in a plurality of numbers can be fed to the unspecified lower units 20a, 20b arranged in a plurality of numbers, and a pulling force application means for applying pulling force to the tape T retained before starting to be stuck on a leading end retaining means 22 are provided on the respective lower units 20a, 20b, and the pulling force applied to the tape T is detected by descending displacement of a dancer roll 19 of the respective upper units 10. Thereby, it is fed to the lower units 20a, 20b, and it is specified that the tape T in which a leading end is retained to the leading end retaining means 22 before starting to be stuck is drawn out from the any upper unit 10.
